Boat explosion victims’ long wait highlights NSW Central Coast paramedic shortage concerns, union says

Victims of a horror boat explosion north of Sydney reportedly waited 25 minutes for paramedics who should have been on the scene within seven minutes, an union representing paramedics says.

Emergency services were called to a marina on the Hawkesbury River at Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon after reports of a boat explosion.
